Over the past few years Marc (Physical  Initiative) has inspired and motivated many a vessel crews to focus on and improve their physical standards and overall health.

Having you him onboard if only for a few days really improved the mood on the vessel and you inspired a lot of the crew to start looking after themselves. I was a cadet on a vessel when you identified an issue with someone’s heart as well and recommended they see a doctor ashore, you may not remember that but I certainly did and still do.
